Parent Portal

Here at Kids World we use a new childcare management software.   Child Pilot offers a mobile app for parents, providing them with the ability to stay connected to their child everyday.   Parents will now be able to view their child's day to day activities, meals, and nap times just by the touch of their phone.  

Parents stay connected:

Parents are involved while on the go - every step of the way - using a computer or mobile device, parents can:

  • View/edit contact information

  • Mark their child absent

  • Pay tuition

  • Check child in/out with QR code

  • Receive alerts or View child’s daily activity

  • Send and receive messages

  • Fill and sign online forms
